Job summary

MBR Dental are assisting an independently owned dental practice in Harlow, Essex to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is full time, 4-5 days per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays, and is on a self employed basis with the opportunity to inherit an existing patient list.

Remuneration includes an NHS UDA rate to be discussed, plus substantial private earnings with a 50% private income split.

Qualifications

• GDC registration is required.
• NHS performer number is required.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• At least 2+ years post graduate experience.
• Ability to offer 4 or 5 days per week.

MBR Dental are currently assisting an independently owned dental practice located in Harlow, Essex to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Independent practice.
• Position available from October / November 2026.
• Full time opportunity, 4-5 days per week plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.
• Working hours to be discussed.
• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.

Remuneration:

• UDA rate to be discussed, depending on experience.
• Huge private earning potential; will inherit a private list.
• Private income paid at 50% split.
• Dentist will be working with an established patient base.
• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.
• Independent practice.
• 4 surgery dental practice.
• Computerised (SOE), Digital X-Rays, Rotary Endo.
• Dental Hygienist support at the practice.
• Parking available
