Job summary

MBR Dental in Garstang, Lancashire, is recruiting an Associate Dentist on a permanent, self-employed basis. The role is part-time, up to four days per week, with surgeries 8:30‑5pm Monday to Thursday and a four‑month notice period.

You will manage a mixed NHS and Private list with a negotiable UDA target and a 50% private revenue split. The practice comprises five surgeries with five dentists, on-site parking, R4 software, Rotary Endo and digital X‑rays in use, and support from a Therapist.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Garstang, Lancashire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Part-time vacancy, up to 4 days per week.
• Surgery space Mondays to Thursdays 8.30-5pm.
• Permanent Associate Dentist role (self-employed).

Remuneration:

• Dentist will manage a mixed list of NHS & Private.
• Negotiable UDA target & rate.

• Typical earnings of £80,000-£130,000 per year (based on 4 day per week).
• Dentist will be paid monthly.
