MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting an East Grinstead practice in West Sussex to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role combines NHS and private care within an established patient list, with access to an on-site implantologist and a supportive clinical team.

Surgery space is available on Tue/Wed 8:30am-5:00pm and Thu 8:30am-7:00pm, with potential additional Monday private slots. GDC registration and NHS Performer Number are required.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in East Grinstead, West Sussex to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available from January 2027.
• Full or part-time opportunity
• Surgery space on Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am-5pm, Thursday 8.30am/9am to 7pm and Friday 8.30am-5pm.
• Possible additional Mondays available 2.30pm-7pm for private only.
• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.
• Mixed NHS and private role.
• Opportunity to build private treatments alongside an established NHS patient base
• Up to 4000 UDAs available
• Typical NHS earnings range from £50,000–£140,000 FTE, plus additional private income
• 45% split on private revenue
• Dentist will be working with an established patient list
