Job summary

Green Apple Dental seeks a Part-time Performer Dentist for a 12-month contract near Stockton-on-Tees. Role involves NHS and private dentistry, 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri), with a £13 per UDA rate and a 50/50 revenue split between private and labs. Start date 12 March 2027.

Opportunity to become permanent, subject to availability. The clinic is well established, with two computerised surgeries (R4), and an onsite Dental Therapist.

Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number required.
• GDC registration and PIN number must be valid.
• IRMER competency must be demonstrated.
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate current.

Responsibilities

• Undertake NHS and private dentistry on a 3-day per week schedule.
• Work across clinics in a busy, independent practice.
• Maintain dental records and patient care to NHS/private standards.

Remuneration: £13 per UDA, dependent on experience

Part Time Performer Dentist required for 3 days per week on a 12-month contract in a busy, independently owned practice near Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham.

• £13 per UDA, dependent on experience
• 50% private revenue split
• 50% lab fees
• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• 12-month contract
• Potential option to become permanent at the end of the contract, if desired, subject to availability
• Independently owned, well-established dental practice
• 2 fully computerised surgeries using R4 software
• Dental Therapist available onsite
• Opportunity to undertake both NHS and private dentistry
• Start date 12th March 2027

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
