Job summary

ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an established practice in Shanklin, Isle of Wight, is seeking a Full-time Associate Dentist to join a busy mixed NHS/private practice.

You will inherit a well-established list; earn up to £16 per UDA with around 4000 UDA pro rata, plus an up to £15,000 welcome bonus. Travel from the mainland is covered; excellent private earning potential and strong support for professional development.

Qualifications

• GDC registered dentists with active performer number.
• Experience providing NHS treatment in the UK.
• Full-time availability in Shanklin, Isle of Wight.

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS and private dentistry in a busy mixed-practice setting.
• Inherit an established patient list and maintain high clinical standards.
• Work with a supportive clinical and admin team.
