Green Apple Dental in Scarborough is seeking a part-time or full-time dentist for 2-5 days per week in a busy, well-established practice near Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

There are 3500-7500 UDAs available, with pay £12-£14.50 per UDA depending on experience and good private earning potential. The team comprises 2 dentists, 3 nurses, 1 practice manager and 1 area manager; start date negotiable.

Compliance requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate

• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
