Dental Beauty Partners’ Ascent Dental Leamington Spa is seeking an Associate Dentist for a part-time role in Leamington Spa. The role offers a mix of NHS/private dentistry with a focus on high-quality patient care and cosmetic dentistry.

You will work Wednesdays 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology. The ideal candidate has private dentistry experience and interest in cosmetic treatments.

Qualifications

• Couple of years experience in mixed/private dentistry.
• Cosmetic experience is highly beneficial with portfolio.
• Experience with fixed or clear aligners & orthodontic treatments is desirable.
• Background in cosmetic & aesthetic dentistry is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients.
• Passion for ongoing learning and staying updated with industry advancements.

• Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience
• Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient
• Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role
• Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience

What We're Looking For:

• The successful candidate for this role should ideally have a couple of years experience working in a mixed/private Dentistry environment
• Cosmetic experience would be highly beneficial for this position, ideally with a portfolio on hand to demonstrate your work
• Experience with fixed or clear aligners & orthodontic treatments is highly desirable for the position
• A proven background in cosmetic & aesthetic dentistry is also highly desirable for the role
• A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality Dentistry to patients, ensuring they have a fantastic experience meeting the business’ expectations
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and understand their unique needs and desires
• A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements
