Job summary

mydentist Peterlee invites an Associate Dentist to join a busy practice offering NHS and private treatments, including Invisalign, whitening and hygiene services. The practice is equipped with modern technology and is located in a town centre with free parking nearby, ensuring convenient access for patients and staff.

You will work with a supportive team, benefit from a dedicated practice manager, and have opportunities for CPD, mentoring, and educational supervision within our clinical network.

Qualifications

• An active NHS Performer Number.
• GDC Registration.
• Valid indemnity insurance (5 million excess).

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS and private dental treatments.
• Support interdisciplinary care with hygienists and therapists.
• Contribute to a high standard of patient care in a busy practice.

Your schedule

You’ll be joining us at our Peterlee Practice.

With surgery available on Mondays (8:45-5:15) and Fridays (8:45-5:15).

Your future in our Peterlee practice

• 5 surgery practice offering both NHS & Private treatments including Invisalign, Tooth Whitening, Composite Bonding and Hygiene appointments.
• 10 clinicians working full and part time including a full time Dental Therapist and part time Hygienist
• Practice is equipped with the latest equipment including Intra oral scanner & digital radiographs.
• Supportive and experienced practice manager, with a dedicated & loyal team
• Benefitting from a convenient location, located in the town shopping centre with the bus station less than 5 minutes walk away,
• Free all-day car parking
• Practice refresh and rebrand starting September 2026 due for completion end of November 2026
