Job summary

DC Dental Recruitment seeks a mixed Associate Dentist for a family-led practice in Penrhyndeudraeth, North Wales. The role is 3 days per week or can be full-time, with a 50/50 NHS/private mix and an established patient base including Plan patients. An onsite lab and supportive clinical lead nurture professional growth.

Relocation package and visa sponsorship are available for exceptional candidates. Mentorship for FD+1 is offered to aid clinical development and progression.

Qualifications

• Welsh NHS Performer Number (or willingness to obtain one) preferred.
• Genuine mixed Private and NHS practice experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mixed NHS/private dentistry service across seven days with a focus on private Plan patients.
• Utilise onsite lab facilities and modern equipment to support efficient treatment delivery.

Mixed Associate Dentist (50/50 Private & NHS) required 3 days (or full time available), at family led practice in Penrhyndeudraeth, North Wales. Genuine mixed Private and NHS role plus Plan patients. Established patient lists. OTE 150K for FTE.

This long established 6 surgery practice can offer you a stable and loyal patient base with a wide range of private patients, an onsite lab for faster turnaround, and a supportive and engaged Clinical Lead to support you every step of the way in your clinical development and growth. We are building a training centre to further develop our associates.

About the opportunity:

• Days – Minimum 3 days per week (4 or 5 days also available) - 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Mixed list of NHS, strong private demand, and large number of Plan patients
• Modern, fully equipped surgeries featuring: Scanners in all surgeries, OPG Imaging, Onsite lab for faster turnaround, Intra Oral Cameras and Rotary Endo
• Experienced, supportive nursing and reception team
• Well-maintained list and well managed appointment books
