Job summary

Flourish-Medical in Northampton is seeking a fully qualified and GDC-registered Dentist to join our well-established mixed NHS and Private independent practice.

The role supports Foundation Training graduates and experienced dentists alike, offering flexible working days, clinical autonomy, and the chance to build a predominantly NHS list with growing private patient opportunities in a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified and GDC registered dentist.
• Completing Foundation Training or already working as a UK Associate Dentist.
• NHS Performer Number (or due to receive one on completion of Foundation Training).
• Valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality NHS and private dental treatments.
• Building trust and long-term relationships with patients.
• Managing and maintaining a consistent clinical diary.
• Providing excellent patient care and communication.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records.
• Working collaboratively with dental nurses and the wider practice team.
• Adhering to NHS guidelines, CQC standards, and clinical governance.

We are recruiting for a Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and Private independent dental practice in Northampton. This permanent opportunity is perfect for a Dentist completing Foundation Training who is ready to take the next step in their career.
