NEWQUAY, CORNWALL | ASSOCIATE DENTIST | FULL-TIME | £18 PER UDA | MIXED PRACTICE | SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE

We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a supportive and development-focused mixed practice in Newquay, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and newly qualified clinicians seeking mentorship, career progression, and exceptional earning potential within a modern clinical environment.

About the Role:

• Start Date: October 2026
• Days Available: Full-time
• UDA Target: Negotiable
• UDA Rate: £18 per UDA
• Private Split: 50% (option to secure 55% under incentive scheme)
• Lab Bills: 50%
• Experience: NHS Performer Number required

Practice Details:

• Type: Mixed NHS & Private Practice
• Technology: Digital radiography throughout, Dentsply Sirona chairs
• Software: Carestream R4, Dentally or SOE (site dependent)
• Environment: Modern, well-equipped surgeries with a strong clinical support network
• Support: Direct access to Implantologists, Endodontists and Short-Term Orthodontic providers
• Development: Educational Supervisors on-site with structured mentoring and career progression opportunities
