Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking an experienced Private Associate Dentist for our Market Harborough practice. This two-day-per-week role (Monday and Friday, with potential Saturdays) offers a private-only environment and a path for diary-building with existing patients.

The role includes potential progression into Clinical Lead as succession planning unfolds, with a strong patient base and growth opportunities. The ideal clinician has robust private dentistry experience and interest in implants,

2th Dental in Market Harborough is looking to welcome an experienced Private Associate Dentist to join our established and highly regarded practice.

This is an exciting book-building and succession planning opportunity, with the potential for the successful clinician to develop into a Clinical Lead position over time.

The practice has a strong reputation locally and an established private patient base, with an opportunity for a motivated clinician to build a busy diary and develop their clinical offering.

About the opportunity

• 2 days per week, currently Monday and Friday
• Monday: 8:30am-12:30pm & 2:00pm-5:30pm
• Friday: 8:30am-12:30pm & 2:00pm-5:30pm
• Potential to introduce Saturday sessions as the role develops
• Fully private practice
• Book-building opportunity with some existing patients available to support the diary
• Excellent opportunity for succession planning as an established clinician prepares to retire
• Potential future pathway into Clinical Lead responsibilities

What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in a clinician with strong private dentistry experience who is motivated to build a successful diary and develop their clinical offering.

The practice would be particularly interested in someone with experience or an interest in:

• Aesthetic dentistry
• Implants
• Aligners
• Advanced general dentistry
• CBCT - experience in reading and reporting would be advantageous
• Expanding the range of treatments available to patients

The practice currently has clinicians providing traditional general dentistry, so there is a fantastic opportunity for someone with additional skills in aesthetic dentistry, implants and other advanced treatments to establish themselves within the practice.

There is also potential to take on patients from the existing team who are looking for more advanced or aesthetic treatment.
