Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners in Bromley is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our state-of-the-art practice. This part-time, permanent role offers 2–4 days per week (Mon-Thu) with a focus on high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry in a modern clinic equipped with Dentally and Pearl AI software.

You will work with a large multi-skilled team, share in private revenue through our sliding scale, and receive in-house courses and training through Elevate Dentistry, with NHS Performer Number required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UK dentistry experience.
• Ability to deliver high quality general & cosmetic dentistry.
• Confident with 1000-1500 UDA allocation and private patients.
• Must be confident in presenting treatment options to patients.
• Must have a full NHS Performer Number.

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic practice located in Bromley. This practice is highly refurbished to a very high standard, offering high quality mixed and specialist dentistry.

Our role is ideal for a confident clinician with at least a couple of years experience looking to continue with career growth and career progression. You will receive a wealth of support in the practice from our Clinical Partner, Dr. Payman Sobhani and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists. Multiple free in-house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Clinical Academy are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position.

Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software with Pearl AI software, digital x-rays & scanners, in-surgery TV's, Cerec milling machine, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 2 years UK Dentistry experience
• The successful candidate must be able to deliver high quality general & cosmetic dentistry, and ideally have a portfolio that can be shared with our Partner
• Candidates must be confident in taking on a comfortable UDA allocation of roughly 1000-1500 for the year, and then see private patients through our options scheme
• Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice
• Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress
• The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice
• To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number
