Green Apple Dental in Huntly, Aberdeenshire is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a busy, independently owned practice. The role offers a 4-day week with a large existing NHS patient list and strong private earning potential.

Sponsorship is planned, with mentors available and a supportive team environment. Compensation includes continuing care payments of £4,500–£5,000 per month, plus potential salary or percentage-based remuneration for sponsored candidates (up to 50% in year 2).

Qualifications

• GDC registration and NHS Performer Number required.
• GDC certificate and compliance documentation required.
• UK-based dental qualification recognized for practice in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Take over an established NHS list (~2,500 patients).
• Work Tue–Fri, 8:30am–4:45pm.
• Mentoring and clinical support available from VT trainer.
• Potential to develop private interests and specialty interests.

Description:

• Full Time Associate Dentist required – 4 days per week for a busy independently owned practice in Huntly, Aberdeenshire
• Established list of approximately 2,500 loyal NHS patients to take over
• Continuing care payments of approximately £4,500–£5,000 per month
• Tues­day–Friday, 8:30am–4:45pm
• 50% split for self‑employed Associate Dentist not requiring sponsorship
• Excellent private earning potential with scope to develop your own clinical interests
• Waiting list of new patients looking to register
• Sponsorship planned – practice currently applying for a sponsorship licence
• Sponsored candidates offered £48,000 salary or 45% initially, increasing to 50% in year 2
• Excellent opportunity for a post‑VT Dentist, someone early in their career or a Dentist looking to complete VT equivalence
• Mentoring and clinical support available from an experienced VT Trainer
• Eligible for the new Remote and Rural Allowance
