Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners seeks an Associate Dentist in Bromley. The practice offers a high standard of private and mixed dentistry with strong clinical support from our Clinical Partner and a large multi-skilled team.

We require a clinician with at least 5 years UK dentistry experience, capable of delivering general and cosmetic dentistry, and confident with digital dentistry. NHS Performer Number is essential. The role is 4 days per week (Mon-Thu) with substantial private earning potential.

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic practice located in Bromley. This practice is highly refurbished to a very high standard, offering high quality mixed and specialist dentistry.

Our role is ideal for an experienced & confident clinician looking to continue with career growth and career progression. You will receive a wealth of support in the practice from our Clinical Partner, Dr. Payman Sobhani and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists. Multiple free in-house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Clinical Academy are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position.

Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software with Pearl AI software, digital x-rays & scanners, in-surgery TV's, Cerec milling machine, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience
• Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient
• Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role
• Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years UK Dentistry experience
• The successful candidate must be able to deliver high quality general & cosmetic dentistry, and ideally have a portfolio that can be shared with our Partner
• Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice
• Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress
• The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice
• To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number
