Medmatch is recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a modern, independent practice just outside Colchester, near Great Horkesley. The role offers part-time or full-time flexibility (up to four days per week) and access to up to 2,000 UDAs at up to £14 per UDA.

The clinic combines NHS and private dentistry, with about 60% NHS activity and strong private earning potential. You will build a patient list through referrals, develop private earnings, and there are NHS independent scheme conversion

About the Position:

• Part-Time/Full-Time flexibility – up to 4 days per week
