Job summary

Evesham Dental Health Team in Worcestershire is seeking an Associate Dentist to take on a private patient list with advanced digital practice. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities exist within a supportive, high-quality team renowned for clinical excellence and patient care.

The role emphasises complex restorative dentistry, dental implants, IV sedation and cosmetic dentistry, all backed by cutting-edge technology and a strong mentoring culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ clinical experience in the UK
• Private dentistry experience with proven productivity
• Confident, personable and approachable patient-facing dentist
• Strong communication, rapport-building and trust with patients and colleagues
• Commitment to high-quality, long-lasting dentistry and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide complex restorative dentistry and private patient care
• Conduct full mouth rehabilitation and dental implants as part of the private list
• Offer IV sedation and cosmetic/orthodontic adjuncts where appropriate
• Deliver high clinical standards with efficiency and empathy
• Mentor and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain excellent patient experience

Clinical Environment

The practice places a strong emphasis on prevention, periodontal health and long-term patient relationships. The Principal Dentist is a Kois Graduate and Mentor. In addition to comprehensive general dental care, our clinicians provide:
