Together Dental Daventry is a fully equipped 6-surgery mixed NHS and private practice on the outskirts of Daventry, offering modern facilities and a supportive team. The practice provides NHS and private care with opportunities to develop private dentistry skills in a ethical, steady environment.

As an associate you will join a leading dental group that supports professional growth, with access to clinical guidance and marketing support, while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• GDC-registered dental professional.
• Willing to work in both NHS and private dentistry.
• Flexible to work three days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in NHS and private settings.
• Contribute to the practice's development in private dentistry.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain clinical excellence.

Although there is a NHS requirement that needs to be fulfilled, the Associate must also be keen to develop skills in Private Dentistry in an ethical, steady and safe environment, supported by us.

You will be joining a team with the superb support of:

• Our established patient base
• Access to our clinical support group
• Available Regional Manager and Clinical Director
• Support with any training to increase the services you offer (possible financial help too)
• Lead clinician on hand to help discuss cases and patient issues and actively encourage this.
• Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases
• We have a successful and robust internal marketing system which actively promotes individual dentist's special interests to direct patients for specific treatments.

Together Dental Daventry is a fully equipped 6 surgery mixed NHS and private practice and is just outside of the town centre and approximately 15 minutes from the train station. It is close to the major motorway networks and is commutable from the Midlands, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Our surgeries have a wide range of high quality equipment and materials ensuring that you have the clinical freedom to offer high quality standards of patient care.

• Fully computerised with modern well-equipped surgeries in a large and fully refurbished practice

• Air-conditioned and ventilated surgeries
• A set of excellent hygienists & therapist operating each day of the week who work out of a dedicated hygienist surgery and who work closely with the dentists enabling dentists to focus more on their private earning opportunities
• Access to treatments including composite bonding, implants and Invisalign
