Associate Dentist Jobs in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. INDEPENDENT. Mixed role with guaranteed access/emergency sessions worth £46,000, plus 2750 UDAs and private potential. ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established dental practice is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist.

• 5 weekly access/emergency sessions (£200 per session = £46,000 annually)
• 2750 UDAs at £13 = £35,750

• Private income at 50% (good uptake for cosmetic treatments)

This is a great opportunity for an associate to join a well-established, independently owned dental practice located in a village on the outskirts of Chesterfield, within easy reach of the M1. The practice is based in a charming grade II listed building and is modern and well-equipped, including digital x-rays, rotary endodontics, and fully computerised with Exact software.

The position offers a very attractive mix of work, with five weekly access/emergency sessions paid at £200 per session, totalling £46,000 annually. These sessions involve seeing eight patients per session, with 30-minute appointments. The role includes a further 2750 UDAs at £13 per UDA (£35,750), bringing total NHS earnings to around £81,750 before any private work – offering great financial security and stability. Private treatment uptake is good, with associates paid at 50%, and the practice offers a range of popular cosmetic treatments, including Invisalign, facial aesthetics, and composite bonding.

The practice is led by a supportive principal who is an experienced educational supervisor, with a longstanding and stable clinical and support team in place. The role is available from August and arises due to expansion of the NHS contract and increasing demand. While full-time is preferred, candidates available for four days will also be considered.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
