ZEST Dental Recruitment, partnering with an established independent practice in Batley, West Yorkshire, seeks an experienced Associate Dentist. The role is primarily NHS with strong private growth potential and flexible full or part-time hours, supported by an on-site principal who will mentor.

Salary starts at £14+ per UDA (dependent on experience). There is a £1,000 contribution to labs per 1,000 UDAs, with 50% on private work and on labs thereafter.

Qualifications

• GDC registered dentists with an active performer number.
• A couple of years' NHS dental treatment experience in the UK.
• Not suitable for newly qualified dentists.

Responsabilités

ZEST Dental Recruitment, working in partnership with an established dental practice, is seeking to recruit an experienced Associate Dentist.

This well-established, independent practice has a loyal patient base and a supportive, friendly team, including an on-site principal dentist available throughout the week. The practice is dedicated to supporting its associates, enabling them to provide the highest standard of patient care with full clinical freedom. Guidance and support are readily available where needed.

To encourage patient-focused decision-making, the practice part-funds lab bills, contributing £1,000 towards labs for every 1,000 UDAs delivered.

The practice features five modern, well-maintained surgeries equipped with full computerisation, WaveOne rotary endo, and digital X-rays, among other facilities.

The successful associate will inherit a predominantly NHS patient list, with real scope to grow private work alongside routine dentistry. The practice is keen for its associates to offer private treatments such as whitening, composite bonding, short-term orthodontics, and crown and bridgework, and will support you in building this side of your book.

The practice is flexible on start date, with the role available to start anytime from February to April 2027. Full or part-time applications are welcome.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists with an active dentist performer number and a couple of years' experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK. This role is not suitable for newly qualified dentists.
