A leading global toy company in the UK seeks an Associate Manager for Demand Planning. You will lead the S&OP process and manage a team, driving improvements and collaborating across functions. Being part of the EMEA Supply Chain Team, the Associate Manager, Demand Planning role is based in the UK and reports directly into the Supply Chain Manager for Pan-EU Amazon. In this role, you will have 1 direct report. Your role is to lead and execute the Business Planning Process framework, S&OP and Demand Planning process for Pan-EU Amazon as a regional customer; to drive continuous improvements, aligned with regional and global best practices.
Pan-EU Amazon covers all Amazon’s Marketplaces in Europe (currently UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium and Ireland). Key stakeholders are based across the region in multiple countries.
The EMEA region is a complex, international and dynamic environment and this high-exposure role offers the candidate an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business and collaborate across functions and countries.
