Job summary

The Parliamentary Digital Service is seeking an Associate Delivery Manager to join its Digital Delivery Team in London. You will help deliver digital products and services within agile, multi-disciplinary value streams, ensuring outcomes, timelines and user needs are met.

Working with Delivery Managers and teams, you will help improve delivery excellence, support governance, and contribute to the transformation of Parliament’s digital services to support UK democracy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery across the value stream with agile ceremonies and governance support.
• Track the value stream budget and forecasts, raising POs when requested.
• Provide secretariat support to governance groups and capture decisions.
• Provide reports to the Head of Value Stream Portfolio on delivery effectiveness.
• Facilitate product team ceremonies and keep delivery plans up to date.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Are you passionate about delivering digital products that make a real impact? We're looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to join the Digital Delivery Team at the Parliamentary Digital Service (PDS).

In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of digital products and services across Parliament, working within agile, multidisciplinary teams that are embedded in our Value Streams. You'll help ensure that delivery remains focused on agreed outcomes, timelines, standards, and user needs, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery across the value stream, working alongside Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers to set up templates, establish budget trackers, organise agile ceremonies, ensuring products are organised and set up for success.
• Detailed tracking of the value stream budget, uploading forecasts on behalf of the Delivery Managers, working with colleagues in finance teams to work through any reporting anomalies, and raising Purchase Orders when requested.
• Providing secretariat support to governance groups across the value stream, including organising meetings, distributing agendas, and taking clear and coherent note of agreed decisions and actions.
• Providing reports to the Head of Value Stream Portfolio, providing assurance on delivery effectiveness and efficiency within the value stream's product teams.
• Facilitating product team ceremonies as required, including capturing actions and ensuring that delivery plans are up to date.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the delivery profession and community of practice within Parliament.

The Digital Delivery team is a new function in the Parliamentary Digital Service, bringing together the capabilities needed from across PDS to form lean, collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams that manage the full lifecycle of our products.
