A leading insurance firm in London is seeking an Associate Data Scientist in the Performance Management team. The ideal candidate will have 12–18 months of experience in data analysis, strong skills in Python and Excel, and a degree in a tech or data-related discipline. As a key member of our Performance Management team, you’ll play an important role in supporting underwriting performance across CFC’s portfolio. We’re looking for someone with 12–18 months of direct experience in data analysis or data science within a corporate environment. You’ll have proven experience using version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps, and strong technical skills in Python, Excel, and SQL.
A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into clear insights for a wide range of stakeholders.
