The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager Supply Chain Pan-Europe Customer Fulfillment Associate Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships for a specified group of customers serving as the first escalation point for service issues and running analytics for day-to-day operations.

What Your Impact Will Be:

As such this role is responsible for:

  • Training, coaching, developing, and engaging a team of Customer Fulfillment and Inventory Analysts in customer policies, tools, and methods
  • Building strategic customer relationships for a specified group of customers especially when local language and cultural awareness are of key importance
  • Driving S&OE process and escalation Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply. Ensures that proactive steps are taken to optimize orders and course correct future availability.
  • Monitors inventory flow relative to orders and demand for relevant sub-region including oversight of the Inventory Analyst
  • Liaises with Order Management team lead/manager to ensure alignment of process and service level agreements. Closely monitoring metrics and liaising with the central Order Management team
  • Coordinating with internal business partners to improve service while balancing cost
  • Ensures compliance for customer data and order fulfillment including regulatory data maintenance and non-benefit claims
  • Initiates and implements continuous improvement with specific collaboration initiatives and interaction with customers. Actively contributes to Community of Practice implementation and analysis.
Qualifications

What Were Looking For:

  • 5-7 years in Customer Fulfillment delivering product to retailers. Ideally that experience should include time spent as a Team Lead with strong inventory management background
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with excellent communication skills
  • Experience of solving customers problems with tangible results
  • Great organization skills and time management
  • Experience of managing KPIs & route cause analysis & initiating & driving accompanying improvement initiatives
  • Fluent English both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel to customers and regional meetings as required
