We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially astute Associate Cost Manager to join their high-performing UK team. What You’ll Be Doing

As an Associate Cost Manager, you’ll take the lead in delivering accurate, value-driven cost management services on major construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving project performance through robust cost planning, estimation, and commercial reporting
• Leading final account negotiations, handling variations and claims with clarity and integrity
• Overseeing valuations and payment processes, supporting effective project controls
• Collaborating with clients and contractors to solve complex cost and delivery challenges
• Mentoring junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Building strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnership

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering pre- and post-contract cost management on large-scale construction projects
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• MRICS (or actively working towards chartership)

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to manage complexity with confidence
