This Top 50 UK law firm is seeking a 2-4 PQE Corporate Tax & Incentives Associate, City of London. The role sits within a highly regarded and growing practice known for its collegiate culture, technical excellence and impressive client base.

The position sits in a top-tier Corporate Tax & Incentives team led by a widely respected Partner recognised for their commercial acumen and practical approach. The team advises on the full range of corporate tax matters, with an emphasis on transactional support and advisory work, including:

  • Corporate transactions and structuring
  • Employee share schemes and management incentives
  • Cross-border tax considerations and planning
  • Supporting clients across corporate, real estate, and private client sectors

This is a key strategic hire to support the team's continued growth and enable senior lawyers to focus on further business development and client expansion. The work is intellectually engaging and varied, and the team is known for offering Associates hands‑on exposure to complex matters from day one.
