Our Corporate Finance team has extensive experience delivering deals for founders, entrepreneurs, financial investors, and market-leading corporations across all industries globally.

How You Will Contribute

We are looking for Associates to join the Leeds team, driving its growth and penetration in selected industries and working with senior management clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key elements of the role include:

  • Transaction origination and execution: Playing a key role as part of the execution team for M&A mandates, being a core part of the origination team across pitching efforts, and operating as a keen multitasker to deliver on demanding timetables. You will coordinate closely with A&M teams regionally and internationally on both origination and execution.
  • Transaction management: Working with the transaction team leader to own financial modelling and pricing, providing real‑world insight to the analysis. You will assist with all transactional documentation, including transaction marketing materials, and support overall transaction process management (data room, other advisors, and coordination). You will also prepare valuation analyses such as public comparables, precedent transactions, discounted cash‑flow analysis, and LBO/IRR analysis, while monitoring industry news and developments.
Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant (professional qualifications may include ACA, ACCA, and others).
  • High-energy individual with a strong desire to grow professionally and personally, willing to take on new challenges.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Audit, or a similar professional field at a market‑leading firm.
  • Ability to leverage technology to deliver work effectively and efficiently.
  • Fluent business‑level English; additional European language skills (French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, Spanish) are highly desirable.
Personal Style

  • Actively contributes to our culture and team values.
  • Hands‑on and non‑hierarchical operator, effective in managing up and down, and relates well at all levels and cultures.
  • Driven by values and integrity, straight‑talker who builds confidence and leads by example.
  • Demonstrable ability to balance a high‑level view with detail and prioritise, especially under pressure.
  • Autonomous, with a flat structure and self‑sufficient culture.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
