STRAT7 is a data, analytics, and strategy consultancy that helps clients solve complex business challenges. The Associate will support the design and delivery of FMCG projects through Incite's problem-led, insight driven consulting approach.

Projects range from 6 weeks to several months, often 3–4 concurrent, with a mix of quantitative and qualitative work. This role emphasises curiosity, proactivity, and collaboration, with opportunities to shape briefs, research design, analysis and client

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or consulting is a plus.
• Experience with questionnaires and fieldwork monitoring.
• Curious, proactive and ready to contribute to projects.

Responsibilities

• Supports projects from design through reports aligned to client objectives.
• Builds trusted client relationships and manages expectations through regular dialogue.
• Fosters collaboration by sharing ideas and supporting team members across projects.
• Develops practical, business-focused insights and challenges assumptions to drive outcomes.
