The Role

As an Associate Consultant in Finance Transformation, you’ll work with clients across different sectors to modernise their finance processes, improve performance, and adopt new technologies. You’ll sit at the intersection of business, data, and technology—helping clients understand what "good" looks like and how to get there.This role is ideal for someone who’s curious about how finance works in large organisations and wants to build a career as a trusted advisor.

What You’ll Do
  • Support workshops, interviews, and client meetings
  • Document finance related requirements and help shape future state processes
  • Analyse data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities

  • Translate business needs into practical, technology enabled solutions
  • Work in agile teams across consulting, design, and technical specialists
  • Prepare clear and simple communications for clients
  • Learn and apply IBM’s problem solving and design methods
  • Support delivery of projects across areas such as reporting, planning, controls, or operating models
