We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Mercer (Darwin). This role will be based in the London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Associate Consultant at Darwin Services you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to global clients. Collaborating with experienced consultants you will analyse client needs design tailored solutions and ensure seamless implementation through the Darwin Delivery Methodology.

Responsibilities
  • Support project workshops with experienced consultants to understand the clients business and benefit structures conducting sessions remotely or onsite.
  • Be responsible for scoping designing and documenting requirements in accordance with the Darwin Delivery Method (DDM).
  • Collaborate with Project Managers in updating plans risk and issues logs in line with DDM.
  • Learn how to follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with timelines.
  • Capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project and help to improve processes and drive efficiency on a client departmental and organisational level.
  • Collaborate with the Configuration and QA teams on implementing the agreed design and support the testing of the configured solution to defined specifications / requirements assisting clients in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Help collate and process client data ahead of launches.
  • Acquire stakeholder and relationship management skills that will enable you to mediate and provide complex solutions on how best to meet the clients needs within the framework of Darwins capabilities.
  • Work with your Squad (Technical) Lead on managing workload prioritisation and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date.

  • Commitment to driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency in project delivery.
