Deloitte’s Centre of Excellence (COE) comprises highly specialised administrative professionals and has a new opportunity for someone to join the team. The COE provides expert administrative business support and guidance to the wider firm, with continuous service improvement central to its operations.

In this Associate role, you will contribute to the COE Immigration team, delivering critical UK visa application support via a standardised framework. Additionally, you will play a key part in business transformation, focusing on developing streamlined processes and leveraging technology for enhanced efficiency.This role demands high organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In particular, Associates are responsible for:
  • Delivering high volumes of work accurately while maintaining consistently high-quality
  • Working on standard processes navigating and inputting data and working on multiple systems
  • Maintaining and updating workflows and databases
  • Prioritising workload day to day to meet tight service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Working to become a process expert and identify improvements to further streamline
  • Working to become a process expert to deliver training to our offshore and onshore teams
  • Collaborating with Deloitte colleagues in UK and overseas offices

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, consistently meet tight deadlines, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong team player with good communication. Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams
  • Able to deliver clear, concise process training to client teams and/or RDM along with providing upskilling support and guidance
  • With a strong emphasis on Outlook and Excel for communication and data management
  • Demonstrable understanding of and adherence to compliance regulations and best practices for secure data handling.
