Role location

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service II to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of Client issues.
  • You will strive to assist our Clients in resolving their custody issues and inquiries.
  • You maintain strong relationships with Operational Teams and Service Directors for Dutch clients, located in Amsterdam, to report client trends and needs
  • You will have awareness and / or experience in the field of AI / Digitalisation
  • You will provide guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education
  • 3-5 years work experience in financial services, or similar industry is preferred
