Associate Client Manager – Structured Finance South of England

A growing Challenger Bank and leading provider of Structured Finance and Asset Based Lending in the UK is looking for an Associate Client Manager to join their team in the South of England.

This role involves providing support to a team of Client Managers and the Client Director with all aspects of the in-life management of the client portfolio. You will work collaboratively as part of the Structured Finance team to ensure all client relationships are managed according to the principles of the business model, corporate procedures, and best practices. This includes ensuring data accuracy and integrity, detecting errors and fraud.

You will liaise directly with clients to deliver excellent customer service and added value, as well as coordinate with key internal stakeholders (including Credit and New Business Origination teams) and external professionals. Analyzing financial information and managing credit stewardship are key components of this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in Corporate / Commercial lending or a similar environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial lending products and the market.
  • Experience in analyzing financial data and constructing clear, concise reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
