Finatal is partnered with a leading global alternative investment manager with a diversified platform spanning private equity, infrastructure, private credit and secondaries strategies.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all aspects of fundraising project management and preparing due diligence materials
• Drafting marketing presentations and fund documentation
• Conducting market analysis and research
• Assisting in preparations for both ad hoc investor meetings
• Responding to investor specific data requests
• Working on intra fundraising tasks such as valuation presentations, AGMs, LPABs and LP monitoring

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience within infrastructure, alternatives, investment banking, private markets or a related financial services environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; financial modelling experience advantageous.
• Ability to conduct research, solve complex problems and quickly assimilate new information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills.
