Pertemps Tm in Exeter is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to lead delivery and help shape the Civils practice from its growing office. This senior role offers influence over project execution, client management, and strategic direction within the Civils department.

You will guide cross‑disciplinary teams, oversee technical quality, mentor engineers at all levels, and contribute to bids and business growth, with real progression toward Directorship.

The Role:
