We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team in the role of Associate Change Manager (12-month secondment).
The Associate Change Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of change initiatives within the organisation. This role involves managing the end-to-end change process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while achieving the desired business outcomes. The manager will utilise methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and other transformation frameworks to drive effective change. The Associate Change Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the change lifecycle. They will also provide guidance and support to teams to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure that changes are embedded effectively within the organisation. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the manager will contribute to the organisation's strategic goals and enhance overall performance.
