Change Execution works with businesses and delivery partners across the world by combining change expertise and experience to help shape and implement strategic change for HSBC. The department is instrumental in driving change improvements in customer experience and unit costs through automation, standardisation, and optimisation of HSBC’s operating model covering people, processes, products, and channels.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and thoughtful individual to join this team in the role of Associate Change Manager – UK Change Execution
Responsibilities
  • Understand the needs of the business and execute plans that encourage continuous improvement
  • Create achievable change delivery plans, creatively managing around blockers and delivering on time and to budget
  • Identify and manage business risks managing approvals through the appropriate forum
  • Highlight delivery challenges and remediate accordingly
  • Supporting Change & Implementation/Business Readiness activities such as:
    • Operational Impact Assessments
    • Understanding and Writing Procedures
    • Customer letter specifications
    • Communication planning
    • Developing User Acceptance Test strategies and plans, to support defect management and customer sign-off for the deliverable, ensuring product is fit for purpose.
    • Facilitating pilots
    • Writing training
