Job summary

Currie & Brown in Manchester is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to amplify our Building Surveying presence in the North West. You will build client relationships, mentor colleagues and help shape the regional service line.

You will deliver professional surveying instructions across public and private sectors, identify opportunities, manage projects end-to-end, and contribute to business development while enjoying a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualification or working towards chartership.
• Strong Building Surveying experience in the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Building Surveying services across public and private sector clients.
• Lead client relationships across the North West.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare scopes, fee proposals and support bid submissions.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support team development.
