They offer a full range of building surveying services from professional instructions and condition surveys through to design, specification, and contract administration on refurbishment and maintenance schemes.

The team prides itself on being collaborative, supportive, and technically excellent in a genuinely friendly environment where staff development and progression are taken seriously.

The Role
  • Managing and delivering a variety of professional and project-based surveying work.
  • Acting as lead surveyor on refurbishments, planned maintenance and improvement schemes.

  • Acting as an Employers Agent / lead Contract administrator.
Qualifications
  • MRICS / MCIOB qualified (or very close to achieving chartership).

  • Confident client communicator with good commercial awareness.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
Why Apply?
