Your Role

You play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Building Surveying and Project Management services, while helping to grow and inspire a talented team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a wide range of Building Surveying and Project Management duties across sectors.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and project success.
  • Lead and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their APC journey and professional development.
  • Undertake surveys, inspections, defect analyses, and due diligence reports.
  • Oversee smaller projects from concept to completion, including contract administration (JCT/NEC).
  • Support business development initiatives, bids, and framework management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all projects.
Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
  • MRICS qualified with proven post-chartership experience.
