Associate Building Surveyor

An established, medium-sized design, property and construction consultants is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to bolster their Surveying team in the Southeast, based in their Bromley office.

With a healthy pipeline of work across multiple sectors including residential, care, commercial, sport and leisure and education, this is a busy and varied role.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

Alongside conducting traditional building surveying services, the new Associate Building Surveyor will predominantly carry out a project focused (project management / contract administration) role across various public sector projects.

As well as being hands-on, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will also help to mentor the less experienced Building Surveyors and support the Partners with business development and client management.

The Associate Building Surveyor
  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • Building Surveying experience within a Consultancy environment
  • Project focused / Contract administration experience
  • Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor
  • Public sector project experience
  • MRICS is desirable but not essential
