Associate Building Surveyor

An established, medium-sized design, property and construction consultants is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to bolster their Surveying team in the Southeast, based in their Bromley office.

With a healthy pipeline of work across multiple sectors including residential, care, commercial, sport and leisure and education, this is a busy & varied role.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

Alongside conducting traditional building surveying services, the new Associate Building Surveyor will predominantly carry out a project focused (project management / contract administration) role across various public sector projects.

As well as being hands‑on, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will also help to mentor the less experienced Building Surveyors and support the Partners with business development and client management.

Qualifications
  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • Building Surveying experience within a Consultancy environment
  • Project focused / Contract administration experience
  • Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor
  • Public sector project experience
  • MRICS is desirable but not essential
