As an Associate or Associate Director, you will take a senior leadership role in the delivery of structural engineering services for major energy infrastructure projects. These include Transmission and Distribution networks, Overhead Line (OHL) systems, power stations, and other critical energy assets.
You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and driving technical excellence and innovation across our portfolio.
We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for infrastructure.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant professional body.
Significant experience in structural engineering design and project leadership.
Ideally, experience in one or more of the following:
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commercial awareness and client‑facing skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
