Oasis Academy MediaCityUK seeks an exceptional Associate Assistant Principal (English) to provide strategic leadership for English across the academy and drive excellence in teaching, learning and literacy. Qualifications

• Provide strategic leadership for English across the academy.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Degree or equivalent qualification in English or a related subject.
• Excellent subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.
• A proven track record of successful teaching and leadership in English.
• Experience of improving student outcomes and raising standards.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment and teaching and learning.
• Experience of coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Ability to analyse and use performance data to drive improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Commitment to inclusion, high expectations and student achievement.
