Qualifications

Associate Architect – Bermondsey, London

A new Associate Architect job is now available with one of London’s leading practices. This role offers the chance to take on a high‑profile leadership position, managing a significant cultural project in central London. The practice has just been confirmed on a major heritage project and this is an opportunity to lead from the outset.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of a major cultural project through all RIBA stages
  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate consultant teams and oversee internal and external work packages
  • Support and lead proposals, bids, and strategic project presentations
  • Deliver projects to the highest standard, on time and to budget
Required Skills & Experience
  • ARB‑registered Architect with 5+ years post‑qualification experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across conservation, refurbishment and adaptive re‑use
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale projects across RIBA Stages 2‑6
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS software
