A local government authority in Nottingham is seeking an Assistive Technology Team Leader to oversee a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of excellence while ensuring high-quality support for customers. A full UK driving licence and flexibility for shift work are essential. Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 19:00 – 06:00, 4 days on, 4 days off on a rota basis
Worker Type: Onsite Worker
Salary: Grade G – Starting Salary £36,363 (Level 1) rising to £39,152 (Level 4)

The primary purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership and direction to the Assistive Technology Team. The Team Leader will supervise, motivate, and support the team to ensure Assistive Technology services are delivered in line with the KPIs and standards of Nottingham City Council Housing Services.
Working closely with the Nottingham on Call Business Manager and the Assistive Technology Development Manager, you will contribute to developing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
As an Assistive Technology Team Leader, you will champion a culture of excellence and outstanding customer service, ensuring every team member understands and delivers high-quality support to our diverse customer base.
