The Opportunity

This isn’t a clipboard‑and‑desk type of job. You’ll be leading from the front: helping to oversee warehouse operations, managing stock and logistics, and getting stuck in with the team on deliveries, installations, and client setups. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the operation as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping to lead, train and motivate a warehouse and distribution team.
• Planning and optimizing logistics and delivery schedules.
• Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring high warehouse standards.
• Getting hands‑on with event kit: from picking to loading to client delivery.
• Acting as an on‑site representative with clients and ensuring service excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols.
• Monitoring performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
• Liaising with office‑based teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in warehouse, distribution or event operations.
