Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and driven healthcare leader to serve as Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Transplant Services. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Services, the AVP provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Montefiore’s abdominal transplant program (kidney, liver, and pancreas). This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of one of the nation’s most respected academic transplant programs. Working in close partnership with the Chief of Abdominal Transplantation, this executive will translate strategy into action, building systems, workflows, and operational alignment to enable program growth. The AVP will play a crucial role in advancing clinical operations, strengthening quality and financial performance, and supporting research and innovation, all while ensuring compliance with national regulatory standards.
