Senior Campaign Planner – Abbey Road Studios

In this role you will support the Director of Marketing & Creative and lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Abbey Road’s omnichannel marketing. You will manage planning, execution, measurement, and optimisation of campaigns and activations that grow audience share, engagement and profitable behaviour across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns, brand programmes and activations.
  • Lead and manage a team of two marketing managers, serving as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders including Partnerships, Audio Products, Studio Services and Retail.
  • Provide strategic, insight‑led planning across audiences, channels and performance to maximise impact and brand effectiveness.
  • Support the Director with ownership and development of ad‑hoc projects, activations and new initiatives.
  • Align planning with brand strategy and vision, ensuring all activity is balanced, well‑timed and delivers measurable results.
  • Work across Abbey Road’s global school, shop, online store and other business areas to maintain strategic alignment and integrated planning.
  • Deliver high‑quality creative outputs, copy and digital assets while inspiring authenticity and heritage‑forward storytelling.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Senior management experience in marketing and campaign planning in a similar, fast‑paced industry.
  • Strong integrated marketing expertise and a centralised view across communications, audiences, channels and performance.
  • Outstanding organisational, project management and budget‑tracking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional written communication and grammatical accuracy; experience writing briefs, proposals, copy and briefing creative teams.
  • Proficient creative design skills in Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or comparable.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital media platforms for engagement and tracking.
  • Understanding of music production, recording or studio environments is beneficial but not essential.
  • Any recognised achievements in driving brand and audience growth through integrated marketing.
Location & Working Hours

Abbey Road Studios, St John’s Wood, London.

Working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Some out‑of‑hours work may be required to support campaign delivery, filmed studio sessions and learning & creative programmes.
