The Role

You’ll support a team of experienced planning professionals on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial, mixed‑use and regeneration schemes. From the outset, you’ll gain exposure to all stages of the planning process – from site appraisals and research to preparing planning statements and assisting with client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake planning research, policy analysis and site assessments
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
  • Draft planning statements, design and access statements and other supporting documentation
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities and consultants
  • Contribute to team discussions and help shape strategy on key projects
About You
  • Degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related discipline
  • Working towards (or recently achieved) RTPI membership
  • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach with keen attention to detail
